We are Marshall Fitness & Martial Arts (MFMA), based in Leicestershire. Fitness is our passion, we believe “You can be anything you want to be, you just have to decide and commit.” Fitness is essential for physical and mental health, self-respect, confidence, and brings a sense of achievement regardless of your starting point.
We will work with you to achieve your goals and make fitness a lifestyle choice, not a chore. We specialise in weight loss, muscle gain/strength, endurance/conditioning, nutrition, and martial arts. We can offer group or individual training, on-line training and nutrition packages and also home visits.

“I am a qualified fitness instructor, registered with REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals). I have been in competitive boxing since the age of 8 and competed during my time in the army. I am self-defence trained and have a 1st Dan Black Belt, i also hold a Kickboxing Instructor qualification and licence with the British Martial Arts & Boxing Association (BMABA)”.
